Shipping
Orders are processed the next day (from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm – Italian time). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. After validation of the order, the availability of the product will be verified. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The shipping confirmation is the acceptance of the order.
PWS S.R.L. offers free delivery on all orders above 200 EUR. The following shipping costs are applied for orders below 200 EUR:

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are at Customer responsibility. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Returns
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Send an email request for the return to charly@vescovovescovo.com. The Customer is free to exercise this right of return by written communication sent to charly@vescovovescovo.com within 8 working days, and sending back the product within 11 working days from reception of the order.
- The items should be packaged. Returns will be accepted only in their original packaging, with any labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used, or damaged. The Customer must also attach the return slip and receipt.
- Ship the item using any preferred methods.

Important: the Customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in his possession. If the Customer fail to comply with this obligation, his entitlement to a refund may be affected. In the event of a breach of the conditions set forth here above, PWS S.R.L. may refuse the return of the Customer and not proceed with a reimbursement; returned damaged products, with no GRN nor receipt, will not be rebound.
Do I have to pay anything for a return?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, the reimbursement will be made within 10 days as of receipt of the products returned by PWS S.R.L. in the same way as the order was paid.
Please note that, in the event of a refund request, the fees provided by the payment gateway during the payment phase will be charged to the customer. The commissions do not exceed 3.5% of the total order. For more information check the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
